How it started ?
Zumragroup began with two sushi chefs and one bold idea. Mohamed Shahin and Mohamed Araby, co-founders and culinary professionals, saw a clear gap in the Egyptian market for authentic Asian ingredients.
Their journey started with importing chef-grade knives from the U.S., which opened doors to deep connections within the culinary world. This led to the launch of their first imported product: pickled ginger under the CRC brand.
